Telecom Giants are rolling out plans to compete new entrant Reliance Jio. after the Reliance Jio was in the market other telecom giants also are planning and strategizing how to take on Jio in order to keep their customers. Starting from Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular and Vodafone India many telecoms have introduced many entry level tariff plans that offer more data at a lower cost. This may not be on par with the leaders like Airtel, and Idea, or Vodafone but RComm isn’t far in the race. With Reliance Communications recently rolling out unlimited voice calls offer to its customers, this one has taken up an initiative to retain their customers from taking to Reliance Jio. Calls Soon after Reliance Communications announced its collaboration with wireless like Aircel and MTS, this one has also rolled out unlimited voice calls. Supposedly the telecom operator has started this to be on with Reliance Jio’s exciting offers.
For Rs. 153 RComm users now can get unlimited voice calls on their Reliance numbers. This telecom operator earlier offered unlimited calling benefits but the Rs. 153 plans offer benefits at a much lower rate. To retain their customers as many are moving to Jio, the Welcome Offer is valid until December 31st. What is different in this offer is that it is offering only for the Reliance numbers, unlike Airtel. Like other telecoms allow users to make calls between networks Reliance restricts the offer only to Reliance numbers. The plan is also combined with 1000 Minutes so customers can make calls to any other number in India but is valid only for 28 days. RComm’s offer is only in few circles like Kolkata, Tamil Nadu and Delhi. The company said they will extend to more customers in the coming few weeks to win back old customers while retaining the existing ones.
