Establishing boundaries from technology can improve your mood and your self control. You can do this by setting time for social media scrolling, and putting your phone or tablet down during your breaks from studying or work.
Time management

There are many techniques for time management like the pomodoro, where you work for 20-25 minutes and after that you take a 5 minute break, then continue and do it again for 20-25 minutes, and repeat the cycle.
