Healthy habits are things people do that have a positive effect on their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. These allow them to have a more positive outlook on life and make them feel more confident and motivated. Here are some ways to make healthy habits stick for a better you. Why not practice some of these while relaxing in your new home at One Chuan Grove?

Try To Stay Consistent

When starting healthy habits, don’t expect them to stick immediately, but what you can do is try to do them consistently. Eventually, you will start to do them like it’s second nature. Start with small goals, such as working out at least twice a week or drinking a glass of water after every meal.

Keep Track of Progress Made

No matter how small the improvement, progress is still progress, and it is good that you track it. There are many ways to log it, e.g., on an app for fitness and calories, on your notepad, a computer, or in your notebook. This helps keep you motivated and gives you goals to strive for.

Habit Stacking

Habit stacking is a technique that allows you to attach the new habit to a current habit you are doing. This allows you to fit in that new habit and easily integrate it into your daily life.

Bounce Back Stronger

When you miss a day in the gym or miss a day when you are supposed to do what you were supposed to do, don’t quit. Come back stronger and don’t let one miss derail you from your goal. A rule you can use is to never miss it twice; once is okay, but twice is not. Find a schedule that you are comfortable with and is able to do consistently.
